Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

Thanks for Giving

Turkey day is fast approaching, I can smell and hear the noise of food, family and friends coming together. It is one of my favorite days, probably due to the fact I love the whole Turkey Feast. Each year its on me to do all the work so I have to love it. This year however I'm passing the torch, but will I be truly satisfied with results? I hope so. I'm hoping that I can enjoy not having to do all the work and that this would become the new tradition but we will just have to see.

As the year is coming to a close, Real Estate is even more on Sale than ever before. Banks are changing, rearrangeing, and driving me crazy. Buyers are looking, looking, looking but not really ready. I think it's because there waiting to see what the banks will actually settle on before they purchase. Can't really blame them, but of course I'm optimistic that one of my buyers will actually choose there home now when the prices are so good rather than wait, which could be less money from banks to lend and properties thninnig out.

But......if they do or if they don't buy now won't make a difference to me, because I'll be there to help them in every scenario.

In closing I want to wish you and your family the very best Thanksgiving Day.

Truly Blessed,

Dee
