Most of the time it means Open House's but today it's Boat Day at the Harbor, and now that my husband has the boat ready for sailing, off we go.

Have a wonderful day.

Oh So Busy
June 24th, 2008 9:56 AM

Busy, busy, busy....this business is very busy. You have buyers and sellers and both are pulling you in different directions. You have to get new input so training is vital each week and with the new laws and contracts and lender issues and government assignments...yikes it just makes you nonstop busy. So I've decided that we need to add on more busy activity to the list and I'm going to call it connect. A day and time each month to just connect with your peers over lunch. Get caught up and stay connected, they all have something to offer and it may be easier to just get together all at once then trying to see everyone individually each week.

If I didn't love my business I would be less busy, so for now I count my busy day's as a plus and I look forward to working with clients everyday that I can. Busy is good.

Hula Season
June 14th, 2008 8:51 PM

Yeah, it's finally Hula Season...I have the opportunity to dance with several different Hula groups and all of them have a terrific Summer Schedule. With my Worship Hula Team we don't perform as often but we love what we do and every opportunity we get we perform. The other Hula Groups are Lady's of Hula that perform at least once a month sometimes two or more and a new group that I've just started is Aloha Hula Friends as well as the Hui at the Leisure World in Seal Beach. All of these groups are dedicated and enthusiastic about their Hula, and I feel privileged to perform with them. I'm looking forward to the summer and the Performances!

I wanted to say thank you to my Hula sisters who have also been my clients. If it wasn't for their support of me I would not have had a terrific Real Estate year so far.

Working and Dedicated to make your Real Estate Transaction run smoothly and Working and Dedicated to perform with much Aloha.

Mahalo, Dee

Closing is a Great Day
June 4th, 2008 9:26 AM

Today were closing....that is my client, sellers agent, buyers agent, escrow officer, lender etc...the list really does go on. Closing day is very exciting for everyone, I want to get the keys to my clients just as soon as I can and they want the same. This is the moment everyone in a transaction works hard to accomplish, looks forward too and wishes it were over at least one week before it occurs.

But here we are today, CONGRADULATIONS your new home is ready for you, what an amazing feeling!

I look forward to working with you too, let's close some transactions together.
