Well we are officially in the 4th quarter, usually this is the time agents go on vacation. Why? Not much movement in the Real Estate Market year after year in the last part of the year.

Not this year....with so many properties looking to become someone's home, and prices dropping this will be a terrific 4th quarter.

Well another busy week, some Realtors may be twidling their fingers but smart buyers are out shopping, and I'm helping them get the best deal possible.

Just sitting anywhere outside in Southern Calif. has become serene. So much smoke, ash, and soot from the ongoing fires. Living at the beach you'd think we were free from that, but we are surrounded on all sides by the fires and the Santa Ana winds have blown toward the sea. Our hearts go out to those who have lost so much even their homes. People do pull together doing these terrible disasters and I know we will pull together again and regain what has been lost.

Take a moment to be thankful for what you haven't lost and pray for those who will need to start to rebuild their homes, communities and lives.
