Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

The best place to be is on the Listing side of a transaction, I received a referral from a friend, listed the property and had an offer in before it hit the market, 4 more the day it hit the MLS. As a buyers agent I can completely understand the agents representing their clients and I'm so impressed with their diligence and hard work to get this property for their buyer. I wish I had more to offer them, so many wanting the same piece of land is difficult luckily for me it all falls on the sellers shoulders to decide.

This Market is difficult for buyers and buyers Agents, they have to work 2ce as hard for the same amount of money. Of course there is the thrill of finding that right property for your client that only comes when working for your buyer so it does have it's perks. And since most of my clients are buyers it's only a matter of time before we reach that point.

I guess that's why Real Estate is so much fun, this Market is changing daily and there's so much to learn and discover you just can't be bored. Now that I've discovered the Listing side I'm going to be enjoying it even more.
