Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

January 5th, 2008 8:19 AM

So many are losing their homes and have to lease or rent. Why not lease or rent your home until the market changes? But if you have to find a lease/rental find one that fits your needs not your wants, or it will become impossible to save enough to get back to home ownership. The prices are all over the place but you can find a great rental for a good price if you take a little extra time. Mostly it means driving, driving, and more driving. Even though I'm a realtor and can help you find a lease/rental, the easiest way to find one quickly is drive the neighborhoods you need to live in. Signs go up everyday and most never make it to a Realtor to list. Visit sites like rentals.com, and realtor.com etc., this is the fastest way to get a list that you can begin checking out. As always, I'm here to help so when your in need of a home, condo, apt. buying, selling or renting please give me a call. My priority is finding your next home.
