Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

Why not...it's Monday and all the enthusiasm of fireworks have dwindled at least for this morning. HB is one of those cities that enjoys the boom and blast and AHHH of 4th of July to the 9's. We do have a great fireworks display off the pier each year and then theirs the neighbors who do almost as good a job as the pier does but we get some each night for about a week.

As adults were fine with that however I do feel for the animals in the area some dogs and cats go into hiding and I don't see them for days. Things should get  back to normal soon, it's Monday and some of us have to work.

So much for the 4th, how is the RE Market holding???? Believe it or not it's holding you would think with the moratorium on Bank Owned and the difficulty of every Short Sale that Realtors would be going into hiding like the animals on the 4th but it is not happening. In fact there is actually a surge in new Realtors starting in the business, we all know that this crazy market is not going to last forever and that everyone needs a home of their own so why jump ship? Prices are holding, interest is still good and even though there is less inventory to choose from at the moment it won't last. The banks are holding so many properties at this time that if they were to release everything now it would throw us all into a tail spin. So the dribble effect will happen and is actually starting to happen now.
