Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

For some, blogging is their everyday, got to do it habit. But for the rest of us, it's something we want to do, but only after everything else on the days agenda is completed.

The other thing is creating a blog that is actually interesting to others rather than just yourself. Like today for instance, it's something I should do but nothing comes to mind.

So I'll just fill you in on the Week-End....my first week-end that I'm not holding an Open House, yes there are week-ends that just can't support all the activities on my calendar. However, I will be making up that lost time on Monday by Farming the neighborhood. Why you may ask? Momentum, that's why.

The neighbors have become acustom to me being at the property each week-end and I want them to see that I'm visible. Vacant properties can be taken advantage of especially when the Listing Agents are not doing there part to sell those properties. And...who knows that one of those neighbors might just need their home sold as well, see me doing my job each week and choose me to be their Realtor....so that's why.

As for this week-end, I have a political rally to attend today, Hula Performance tomorrow, and a House Warming for one of my clients. I could actually add a few more items to the list like see the Beverly Hills Chihuahua (should be cute) movie?

In any case, Blog because it's important, take care of your Listings, and have a fun Week-end.
