Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

Happy Birthday to Me
January 9th, 2008 5:11 PM

Gee, I wonder who's birthday it is? I know..., it's mine... all mine. I'm still tickled pink on my birth-day year after year. It's still just me, same old person just older than yesturday. When I was a youngster my mom made a big deal out of our birthdays, we didn't have alot of money or gifts but we knew it was our special day because we didn't have to do any of the housework for that day. And in my house that was a big deal. We usually picked our favorite dinner that was made at home, and were treated like the princess of the day. Too bad it only was 1 day a year, and thank God that we had 1 day that was so special.

Now that I'm older I have many special days to enjoy, but on my birthday something inside just makes me still feel like the princess of the day.

Happy Birthday to Me.....la la la la la la la la la la

January 29th, 2008 10:56 PM

Real Estate is always a great investment, doesn't matter what the news have to offer, the truth always stays its course. Invest wisely and buy now while the prices are dropping, this won't last forever. If your female you know a good sale when you see one, this is the one.

Happy Shopping.

Market Changes Effects Everyone
January 28th, 2008 8:33 PM

Wow, so much news about Real Estate these days. Everyday another shift, decrease in interest rates, possible increase of conforming loans from 417K to 650K or more( a real change for the better) , FHA to decrease down payment from 3% to 1.5% (maybe), Feds to forgive homeowners in default and help them refinance to lower interest rates......it just keeps changing everyday.  Frankly I don't have time to keep up with all this change. I have buyers that need my attention now, regardless of the changes. Agents that need the paperwork now, regardless of the changes. All I can do is watch it from a distance and grab it when I need it. Thank goodness that it will be there for me and at a better rate than yesterday. Again I say Wow.

Just keeping up, Dee

January 19th, 2008 9:52 PM

We knew the interest rates would drop at the beginning of the year, but the properties currently on the market are also dropping. Two must haves if you want to invest in Real Estate this year. Because we are in an election year much will remain the same for a few months. But don't wait too long, you know this won't last forever and you don't want too miss these opportunities. Whether your a first time home owner or first time investor, your in the right time. Real Estate is everywhere...Auctions, Foreclosures, REO's, and just great prices on regular sales.

I hope you will allow me the chance to work on your behalf in your Real Estate Future.

See you in the Market.

Owning, Leasing, Renting
January 5th, 2008 8:19 AM

So many are losing their homes and have to lease or rent. Why not lease or rent your home until the market changes? But if you have to find a lease/rental find one that fits your needs not your wants, or it will become impossible to save enough to get back to home ownership. The prices are all over the place but you can find a great rental for a good price if you take a little extra time. Mostly it means driving, driving, and more driving. Even though I'm a realtor and can help you find a lease/rental, the easiest way to find one quickly is drive the neighborhoods you need to live in. Signs go up everyday and most never make it to a Realtor to list. Visit sites like rentals.com, and realtor.com etc., this is the fastest way to get a list that you can begin checking out. As always, I'm here to help so when your in need of a home, condo, apt. buying, selling or renting please give me a call. My priority is finding your next home.

January 1st, 2008 10:09 PM

Day one start the Christmas take down and make plans, get organized, and so it begins. I'm already feeling the hurry, hurry, hurry to start the New Year out right. But I'm excited this year to get started, last year the Market was moving in every direction but this year we know where its going and I'm ready for it. So if your in the market to purchase a home, this is the year to do it. Even if you hadn't thought of purchasing a home for yourself, invest in your future by having cash flow from a rental. Real Estate is the best long term investment it continues to increase year after year with a dip now and then but consistantly upward.

Jump in and get a head start on your future.
