Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

It's true that the purchasing of a home is very stressfull, not because your giving away your life savings and your paycheck for the next 10-30 years but because while in the transaction the house has the appearance of falling apart before your very eyes. Don't ask me why, but it's like the home knows that someone new will be owning her and she wants to make sure that you are up to the task. So before the keys are handed over, anything that can go wrong usually does. Most times it's a simple fix, and this is the time your given the opportunity to re-think the whole process.

Of course as a Realtor, all the stress's are doubled. Your trying to comfort the buyers, pressure the sellers, deal with the inspectors, contractors, sellers agent, escrow, lender(s), and still have a smile on your face at the end of the day. You know in the end it will all work out but you can be sure to "Expect the Unexpected"
