Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

Yes it's one of those things you learned from your mom. It is always in fashion, always acceptable, and always received with thanksgiving.

Somehow though there are some out there that haven't learned this rare jewel and it seems that it has hit the Real Estate Industry lately. When has it become acceptable to not return phone calls, not return e-mails, just not do anything when someone is wanting to buy the property your selling? Best not to put an email or a phone # on the MLS, if fact why put the property on at all? This is so very irritating for me, I'm doing everything I can to find my buyers a property to purchase and I can't even get a return phone call from the Listing Realtor, now that's a big zero on common courtesy. Don't they know that were all remembering names? This crazy market won't last forever and they won't have all the properties over time, no one will want to call them no matter what they have.

Show your a real professional by using what your mom taught you, be courteous it will come back to you in a good way.

And to all of you who make it a point to be courteous, I thank you, you make my business work in this crazy market and I do remember your names.
