Hula and The Real Estate Market Today

Well, I took the plunge and moved to another Broker this week. It has been something I've thought about for awhile and with the break between transactions it was the perfect time to move. I have signed with California Real Estate Services for two reasons: 1- The REO division handles many bank REO's and I needed to learn more in this area. 2- The Property Management Division will also offer new knowledge for me and a chance to develop another type of client base. I'm thrilled to work with these two divisions and it help me to better service you.

Always thinking ahead, if your thinking ahead give me a call it's always a good time to invest in your future and property will always be a great investment.

I'm always up for meetings, I enjoy the interaction with other Realtors and the chance to gain another tool for my tool belt. I just think that they could be a little more fun. I don't see any reason that you can't have a serious, professional meeting and also add a little fun to it.

If it were my meeting.......I would Congradulate Agents on Sales, Have a Happy Birthday of the Month treat, Maybe a giveaway from a Rep to the company, Bingo? I don't know just some little added bonus, that says WE APPRECIATE YOU AND ALL THAT YOU BRING TO OUR COMPANY. Maybe it's a female thing?

Whatever you do, work, school, etc....have a little fun, your day and life will be so much better.

Real Estate and Fun do go hand in hand.

It's already gone...we all wait for the 3 day week-ends and make plans, BBQ, see old friends or family generally eat and drink more than we need and then poof they're gone. Unlike the work load we put on hold for three days...yikes it's still sitting there on the desk waiting for our attention, and not just the desk, my e-mail is packed with more things to do then I can in one day. So, I ask you.....is a three day week-end really worth it? Absolutely, since we aren't usually bright enough to slow down on our own, we need to get caught up with friends, family and neighbors it's a medical must.

Of course the real reason for Memorial Day is not about us but about those who are gone and those who are still fighting to keep us a FREE nation, and we Honor they're sacrifice.

HI....It was a very, very, very warm week-end and we will have a few more of those sticky days ahead of us. You know the ones where the heat just zaps all the energy right out of you. I knew there was a good reason that I liked the cooler days. Regardless of what the weather holds, it's still Monday and I do need to focus on work. I have my list made out, so it's just a matter of going through one at a time, using the line out method to feel like I've accomplished my set goals for the day.

I hope your Monday is filled with a list that will also make you feel the same. Isn't it strange how a list can control your day? I find it amazingly simple to do, with so much to gain. When the experts tell you how complicated things are, just remember your to do list and it's really not complicated at all.

Open House Mania....it's so much fun, even I enjoy going from House to House. If your looking for the right home for you and your family don't forget to take a note pad, pen, water and camera. After looking at 3 or more homes you will forget what features you really liked, so your notes and pictures will come in handy.

Agents working the Open Houses are often not the Listing Agent, they are experienced agents looking to expand their client file and are able to show you other properties as well. So if you find an agent working an Open House.... and you don't currently have one your working with....and....this person is one you feel comfortable with, give them a chance to service your needs.

For all the mom's out there, take the time out to relax and enjoy your one day that you can, without feeling guilty. No need to do for others today, this is your day to receive.

Being a mom, having a mom and now my daughter is a mom, these are all different stages. What an amazing depth of wisdom has come from greatgrandma, grandma and mom  and is continuing on. My understanding of this is don't under estimate the power that a mom possesses. Every generation will carry the information passed down, perfect it even more and continue to make the best mom's ever.

So for today...Happy Mom's Day, it's awesome to be a mom.

Everyone says its a good time to buy....there right, if fact there are so many buyers shopping that running into the multiple offer problem is common place. Short Sales and REO's are the trendy way to shop even though there are many great prices on listings that don't come with problems. Whatever your reason may be, the prices, the interest rates and the inventory are all ripe for the picking.
